HI,
DD & I had a blast taking pictures yesterday to create an album. We discussed captions & many of them are her's...she just had to go to bed before we could type them up together. She is very creative & most of the ideas in the album are credited to her as well. We are very excitedly awaiting the visit of our 1st traveling doll, FarmhouseGirl's (Jessica) girl, Violet.
Here's a link to our album: http://www.imagestation.com/album/pi...?id=2100656967

Cute album of Kit and Lissie's preparations for Violet's visit. The captions were neat.
Thanks for an entertaining album.

What a cute, adorable album! Kit is so funny! Violet left today. She told me she is really looking forward to meeting Kit and Felicity, and I can see they feel the same way!

Thank you all for the comments. Hannah will love reading them when she gets home from school. I don't see a space to answer questions asked in the album comment section, so I figured I'd just answer them here...
The "desk" in the picture is a wooden stool my grandfather made for me 36 years ago. Kit uses it as her desk, while Lissie is stuck w/ the heart shaped Snow White stool for her desk.
The white peg rack on the wall was purchased for $1.00 at Michael's craft store (unfinished, my dh painted it white). We put picture hooks on the back to hang it. It is located in the section w/ unfinished wooden items at Michael's.
The skull is a Halloween decoration & Kit was just fascinated w/ it. That is her table that it is diplayed on. DD made the table from a toilet paper tube & an old round cardboard box top she painted green.
My Dh made the ladder to go w/ the bunkbeds, but he did it without having the dolls for a size reference. He wanted to toss it, but Hannah doesn't seem to mind the scale being off. Kit uses it a lot (she has the top bunk) and really doesn't fall off it.

What a cute album!
Your daughter has a really nice doll play area set up, that looks like so much fun.

I love the girls' room!! I don't really think my bunk beds' ladders are to scale either. My grandparents made them and they don't have any dolls, but the ladders work fine.
Great album!! Your Kit is darling and so is Lissie. We are anxiously awaiting Violet too, but our first Visiting Doll came last Thursday!

Cute! I love how Violet is starting her trip in the same state she ended her last trip.
By the way, Bren, what day will you be at Williamsburg? I'd love to be there to see if you and Hannah and spot a fellow AG lover...hey, Violet can point me out.
